ARESS-M consists of a mobile and a desktop application.

The mobile application runs on a Pocket PC, and it enables fast and easy data gathering of Real Estate properties, on location. It enables the user to:

• Characterise easily and quickly a real estate object, with minimum of required text input;
• Easily sketch 2D floor plans of the property, with measurement input from e.g.a Laser Range Finder;
• Take photographs of the real estate object with the Pocket PC or an external Digital Camera;

The desktop application runs on a PC, and it enables fast and easy exposé generation. It enables the user to:

• Download all data collected in the Pocket PC;
• Review, edit, or add data to the project started on the Pocket PC;
• One-click exposé generation based on a given project, selecting one of the available exposé templates for that purpose;
• Create new exposé templates, or edit existing exposé templates using a powerful template editor;
• Export exposé to RTF (Rich Text Format), compatible with most text processors including Microsoft Word, PDF, HTML, and others;
• Post-process, print and email exposés;
